Menai Challenge Prize Draw

Sorry for the delay folks.

The prize draw for the 2011 Menai Challenge will take place at Summit to Sea on Sunday February 12th. Pete Baars runs an accompanied paddle in the local area on the second Sunday of each month, meeting at the shop at 09:00 for a 09:30 departure. The draw will take place after the paddle, back at the shop.

Be there or be getting your prize through the post (at great expense to yours truly unfortunately.)

The prize draw for the 2011 Menai Challenge will take place at the Summit to Sea shop next Sunday, the 12th Feb.

There will be an acccompanied paddle in the morning followed by the draw on our return. Meeting time for the 2-3 hr paddle paddle is 0900 at the shop, for an 0930 leave. Paddling venue will be weather dependent - Straits if things are bad otherwise a venue nearer the Holyhead end of Anglesey.

Any last minute changes will be posted on the Performance Sea Kayak Gossip page, Summit to Sea blog/facebook page and on the UK Rivers Guide Book forum.

Everybody who submitted a time during 2011 or paddled the New Year's Eve paddle will be entered in the draw.

Good stuff, hope you had a good turnout on the day - it was a bit far for me but I will be back to improve that time, I'll get a bit fitter first though.
