Exmoor Adventures are running a BCU 1* Course this coming weekend. The weather's looking quite nice on Sunday - perfect for a day on the water!

Cost: £65pp with all equipment provided
We provide: a range of kayaks, wetsuits, changing rooms, showers.
You need: spare warm clothes, spare trainers/wetsuit boots.

This is a great 1 day course teaching all the basics of flat water kayaking, including moving forwards, backwards, sideways, rescues, trying a range of different boats and experiencing a journey on the lake. The perfect starting point for any budding paddler.
