BCU 2 Star Course

The 2 star course is a step up from the one star course and is also multi discipline (canoe & kayak).
During the two day course you will covering the following skills,
•Forwards & Backwards
•Steering & Control
•Stopping
•Turning
•Sideways
•Theory
•Support Strokes
•Rescues techniques
All kit can be borrowed if needed
