Mainstream Training Weekend - 1, 2, 3 star and FSRT

Mainstream Christians in Canoeing are running their annual training weekend from May 25th to 27th at Viney Hill Christian Adventure Centre. The cost is £65 for members, £70 for non members this includes training, accommodation and food. There are reductions for under 18s but under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or designated responsible adult.

Accommodation is camping in ready pitched tents or your own tent if you want to bring one (no difference in price). Breakfasts, food to make packed lunches and a meal on the Saturday evening are included.

Courses on offer:

BCU 1* (Canoe or Kayak) - A course for beginners and those with limited experience.
BCU 2* (Canoe and Kayak) - Improvers’ Course - Pre-requisite for Level 1 Coach Training
BCU Inland Kayak 3* Training
BCU Open Canoe 3* Training
BCU Inland Kayak 3* Assessment
BCU Open Canoe 3*Assessment
Introduction to whitewater
Foundation Safety and Rescue Training and Test - Recommended for all paddlers - Pre-requisite for Coach Training

N.B. Courses may be withdrawn if there is insufficient demand, so please be sure to return your Booking Form by Friday 4th May at the very latest
