Good morning all,

I am hoping to complete my level 2 assessment this weekend, however I have just had a little feedback from the assessor and I woudl like a little help / guidance as to what I need to do to full fill the requested points below:

. 2.1: Criteria: Use analysed information on participants to

establish session goals that are consistent with personal level of
competence and accepted good practice for the sport. Evidence: Matched
learners needs against performance guidelines of the BCU: Used star
templates to identify learners needs and recorded evidence of learners needs


. 2.3: Criteria: Select and check the sessions are appropriate for

the participants stage of development and accepted good practice for the
sport. Evidence: Matched participants needs against Paddlepower and star
tests and reflect in sessions


. 3.2: Criteria: Select appropriate evaluation methods that can be

used to monitor participants development and learning. Evidence: Supply
evidence of at least 2methods of evaluation you have used with your learners


. 10.1: Criteria; Provide opportunities for participants and others

to reflect on progress and achievement. Criteria: Records on lesson plans
for sinposting achievements and/or evidence of review documentation with
participants

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
