3 Star W Water Kayak/C1/OC1 or just come for the coaching!
You are invited to join us in Barnard Castle for 2 days of great quality coaching that could lead to 3 Star if you want it.
Lots of paddlers (some even with their 3 Star already!) just come for 2 days of paddling to get them ready to paddle more confidently and skillfully on the river.
We will look at the critical techniques which underpin performance and give you a great foundation for your own future development.
