Wanted river runner/playboat

As in the title. Looking for a boat to suit 6ft1 86kg intermediate paddler. Looking for a boat I can continue to learn the trade in but will take me to G4 rivers over time. Have a reasonable budget in mind but must be in either central Scotland or between Glasgow and Snowdonia (heading there next week) as I want to get a seat in the boat before buying. Also looking for a good glass/carbon paddle. Let me know what you have.
